- Calm and quietNo crowds, no loud music, no strangers. Just Santa and your family.
- Patient and adaptableTell Santa how your child communicates. He'll slow down, keep it simple, and wait for answers.
- Your child sets the paceSigns, gestures, a communication device, or a parent's help all work.

Being upfront with you
Santa is a digital avatar, and he's remarkable.
- The Santa your child sees is an AI-powered avatar, not a live actor.
- We filmed a real Santa Claus to create him, so he looks, sounds and moves like a real person.
- He answers in about a second, so the conversation flows naturally. Most children never notice the difference.
- He's gentle, patient, and built to keep every conversation child-appropriate.
- A parent or guardian should stay in the room for the whole call.

Questions parents ask
Good to know
Is it a real person playing Santa?
No. Santa is an AI-powered video avatar modeled on a real Santa Claus. He listens and answers in about a second, so it feels like a real conversation, and most children never notice the difference. There's no actor on the other end, and we ask every parent to confirm they understand this before booking.
Will Santa see my child?
No. Your camera is never turned on. Santa only hears your child through the microphone.
What happens to my child's information?
It's used only to personalize the call. We never sell or share it with anyone. If you don't buy the keepsake video, the conversation isn't kept.
My child doesn't speak, or uses a communication device. Will this work?
Yes. Tell us on the booking form and Santa will slow down, ask simple yes-or-no questions, and wait patiently for answers. A parent can also speak for the child or help them answer.
What age is this for?
Santa talks with children of all ages and abilities. A parent or guardian should be in the room.
What do we need?
A computer, tablet, or phone with a microphone and an internet connection. It works from a bed, a wheelchair, or a hospital room. Headphones are optional.
